Shipping & Returns


Shipping

We ship across Europe. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To start a return, contact us at lunellestore.ue@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and full instructions on where and how to send your package.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at lunellestore.ue@gmail.com so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before returning.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
